Quinoa Berry Bowl

Introduce quinoa to your diet. It is naturally gluten free, packed with protein, light, cooks super fast, and can be mixed with anything…sweet or savory. It’s a super-food and it’s SVT friendly.

  • Add a dash of rice milk
  • a little cinnamon
  • strawberries
  • blueberries (or whatever you have on hand)
  • a drop of honey or good maple syrup
  • Yum! Kid friendly too!

I love using quinoa and it has become a staple in my diet. It is satisfying, and easy on digestion. Lasts up to 5 days in the fridge.
